Actividades

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible Database of Lubricants customers.
  • Create, modify/close customers in SAP, Salesforce, Colibri, DocOnline, PROXILUB

 

In SAP:

  • Based on the information from the ID sheet, perform all necessary encodings and checks in the system to create or modify or still close a customer. A written trace of the request is mandatory.
  • Creation of new Ship-to's must be done daily before 15h00 (for the planning)
  • Data consistency check between SAP and Colibri, SAP and Salesforce.

 

In DocOnline (DoL):

  • Encode new enrollments, handle password resets or email changes
  • Be the help desk for customers in DoL

 

In PROXILUB:

  • Encode new enrollments, handle password resets or email changes and basket creation
  • Be the help desk for customers in PROXILUB

Contexto y entorno

  • The person in charge of the position “CUSTOMER DATA BASE OFFICER” works for all members of the Lubricants Department. The workload is variable (sometimes there are peaks of requests)
  • This position is fundamental to the accuracy of all our billing and reporting.
