Candidate Profile

- BAC +3 in Marketing, International Business, Logistics.
- Languages: French (fluent) and English (fluent), the knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Easy contact (phone, e-mail, ..), sense of customer service and business sense. 
- Ability to work in an organized way, with a spirit of initiative and teamwork. Stress resistance and adaptability.

“Within the Polymers it's an exciting job that requires a great sense of adaptation, availability, communication, and a good dose of reflection.

We are part of a close-knit team of 7 KAPSAs, gathered in a central office, which is divided by commercial segment/activity: Rigid Packaging, Flexible Packaging & Personal Care, Industrial & Durable, Medical, Fuel systems, Indirect Sales, and Export. We are all working in an open space office located on the 16th floor of the MULTI tower in Brussels. 

We are at the center of the business and therefore we are in contact with all the parties concerned whether it is the Sales Assistants in our Sales Admin. Hub in Bucharest, our Plants, Supply Chain and Demand teams, Logistics, all Sales colleagues in Belgium and abroad, Finance and Accounting departments, , Marketing, Technical Services, Regulatory Affairs, and last but not least Key Customers.

This implies constantly renewed knowledge and an increased understanding of the business (KA: Key Account), languages are of course a great asset, especially English, French, and Dutch. 

We are also, and this is an important part, "the godfathers/mothers" of our colleagues in the Sales Admin. Hub of Bucharest that we must be able to support in the daily life of the activity.

In terms of IT, we do master SAP S&D and a set of tools and flows. We must therefore be able to juggle with the different applications and systems and when necessary, turn ourselves to the right IT contacts for more technical solutions.

It is necessary to have a good command of figures as we deal with many reports to assist the sales teams in case of questions and i.e for the payment of end-of-year discounts.

It's a job in which monotony has no place and which remains exhilarating.”
