Candidate Profile
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably construction or civil work.
- 10+ years’ experience in project execution
- Knowledge of offshore wind supply chain industry trends, bottlenecks, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to enable effective discussion and transfer of information between all stakeholders;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Ability to work as a member of a large, multidisciplinary and international team;
- Ability to use Microsoft Office;
- Ability to create and communicate complex technical information concisely and clearly.
INTERNATIONAL CONSIDERATION:
Activities
- Report on each of the facilities progress
- Interface between the Facilities Owners’ construction teams and the project team
- Establish and propose corrective action plans in case of delays
- Understand and become sufficiently knowledgeable in terms and conditions of the early agreement put in place associated with development of local facilities to support the project development, in particular as required by OREC awards for both phases
- Prepare coordination procedures to ensure communication between project and Facilities Owners are clearly stated, well coordinated, and efficient
- Provide support in coordinating necessary interface meetings between the project team and Facilities Owners and their respective contractors
- Ensure a regular progress reporting system is put in place to allow an effective coordination between projects planning and Owner’s facilities planning
- Travel frequently, including to project offices, to meet with suppliers, and to visit local supply chain facilities

The anticipated hourly salary range for this position is $77-87/hr.
