AS24 is now present in 26 European countries with more than 1,400 stations, and offers a complete range of services connected to the needs of transporters: electronic tolls, geolocation, new energy stations, digital services. 

As part of its development, AS 24 (€7 billion in turnover by 2022) is supported by TotalEnergies, of which it is a subsidiary, and that gives it the impulse it needs to achieve its ambitions, for the benefit of its 27,000 customers and its 400 employees.


Under the supervision of the Managing Director (MD) UK & IRL, you will have the responsibility of in-depth analysis of the business as well as animation and coordination of Marketing and Communication activities of the affiliate.

Your missions will include:

1/ Business analysis and development:


- Provide support to the MD on Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and business reviews

- Sales and profit analysis, volumes, margins, gap analysis and planning

- Competitive intelligence: benchmark AS 24 performance (pricing, product range…) vs. local and European competition.

- Propose and implement action plans to improve market share and customer experience

- Coordinate tests and support the launch of new products and digital projects


2/ Sales performance:


- Support the MD in the organization of sales meetings (activity reviews ...) and in the preparation of external meetings with Key Accounts and Partners

- Assist the sales team with monthly campaigns (upselling to existing customers, lost customers, prospecting activities) and the deployment of our new products and services (including toll offer).

- Analyse sales performance, design and improve commercial steering tools, consolidate best practices

- Organize and boost the prospection of our sales teams: internet searches, purchase of customer database, contact by email and telephone to judge the potential of prospects. You will use our Salesforce CRM tool to organize campaigns to set up tracking tools for sales people and the MD.


3/Marketing & Communication:


- In coordination with Communication team and Marketing team based in our Nantes HQ:

- Set up and run marketing campaigns (e.g. launch of new toll offer, opening of new stations, new digital service (e.g. IoT, web services, etc.)). Ensure follow-up and monitoring of the campaigns

- Create and implement communication materials for Sales people (e.g. sales pitch, product & services packages, etc.)

- Promote AS24 in the UK and IRL in specialized press and digital channels: Websites, LinkedIn, YouTube, e-mailings, specialized press with the support of the head office communications team.




Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
