Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Economics or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in the role
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Good knowledge of English, knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team and to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Activities

The Job holder carries out the activities according to the existing laws, the Modello 231 adopted by Company and doesn’t infringe the provisions therein stated. The Job holder respects the Compliance, Code of Conduct, Ethic Chart, HSE Chart and all procedures and rules of Affiliate and Group, promoting their diffusion and supervising their correct application by all employees.

  • Bank account management (accounting records, checking bank conditions, checking account statements, calculating interest receivable and payable, managing relations with banks, etc.)
  • Management of relations with the Group Treasury (SOFAX, TOTAL TREASURY, THEMIS)
  • Treasury forecasts (monthly and annual)
  • Payments management (document control and verification of documents relating to contracts)
  • Internal Treasury Reporting, Group (DF)
  • Management of active and passive guarantees
  • SOA/SOX controls
  • Cash flow activities (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Control and updating of bank powers
  • Payment control of invoices issued
  • Preparation of fund/reimbursements calls related to the credit line with SOFAX
