Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Business
  • Good knowledge of SAP and good analytical skills
  • Minimum of 3 years in the Network as RSE and at least a financial experience
  • Strong Retail business knowledge
  • In-depth computer knowledge: Excel, word & PowerPoint.

Activities

Main Objective
  • The job holder is responsible for implementation of TotalEnergies business model standards by contributing to the achievement of the profitability of the network stations.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Review the dealers’ commercial conditions and ensure that they match with business level and expenditures
  • Carry out Benchmarks of Dealer recruitment, agreement renewals and transfers through forecasted P&L.
  • Ensure implementation of business model policy for CODO /DODO/COCO stations.
  • Review and ensure that the working capital requirement is adequate, sized and well allocated accordingly to the business plan.
  • Review all financial reports (real P&L, financial situation) from the RTEs/RSMs .
  • Prepare and analyze Financial Situations evolution.
  • Recommend the level of financial help to be given to dealers based on the real P&L , financial situation basis and management quality.
  • Ensure the withdrawal policies are well applied (according to sales and risk).
  • Conduct annual surveys on stations expenditures.
  • Ensure security deposit policy is well applied (according to sales and risk).
  • Ensure consistency between station WCR and credit limit set up in SAP.
  • Provide trainings to the RTEs, RSMs on methodologies for financial analysis, P&L analysis and all business tools.
  • Support the RTEs/RSMs in the monitoring of business plan for new projects, new SFS concepts or significant events in retail business (e.g fuel scarcity, change of pump price, stock gains and WCR).
