- 5 years' higher education (Engineer, Master's degree or equivalent).

- You have between 6 and 10 years' proven experience in IT. 

- You have proven data-intensive skills (in particular PowerBI, SQL, Azure).

- You will be required to manage a variety of projects, and a good command of agile practices and cross-functional team management is an asset.

- You are results-oriented and have a good ability to deliver and cope with complexity.

- You are rigorous and methodical.

- You have a good knowledge of the various business and technical contacts involved in Data and Data analysis.

- Good listening and communication skills, initiative, team player and ability to anticipate are required. 

- Fluency in English is essential.

As part of your job, you will be responsible for :

- Participate in the design and implementation of the data analysis strategy with a view to creating value: in the choice of tools and statistical methodologies for data analysis, as well as in the acculturation of MTE and business teams to data mining, 

- Monitor methods and technologies related to data analysis, and propose partnerships to develop solutions and/or methods, 

- Organize the management of this offer: on contractual aspects, management of external suppliers, management of the budget and its balance, definition and monitoring of the supply of BI solutions, FinOps and GreenIT optimization. In compliance with data governance processes and rules.

- Manage the lifecycle of your MTE BI technology offering.

The MTE Data Squad is a dynamic team that brings together Data Science, Business Intelligence and Data Engineering activities for the IT technical professions of the EP, OneTech and RC branches. 

Come and put your knowledge of BI solutions and data analysis organizations at the disposal of MTE's Business Intelligence technological offering: to continuously adapt our offerings around the transposition of data from business models into BI models, and the enhancement of business data through data transformation and enrichment.

You will be working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams, and will be in direct contact with : 

- employees of OneSI entities based in Paris and Pau. 

- employees of the EP and OneTech branches, based in Paris, Pau and in subsidiaries.
