Context & Environment

TotalEnergies targets 100 GW of renewable generation capacity in 2030 and will continue to expand its business to become a leading international player in renewable energies. Offshore Wind development is one of the axes of this ambition.
Offshore Wind projects are specific by their considerable unit size (classically 500 MW to 2000 MW, 1 to 5 bn USD) and their complexity (multiple partnerships, offshore environment, strong competition, etc.)
Currently, TotalEnergies Renewables UK is already a shareholder of Seagreen (1140 + 500 MW, 51% with SSE), Blue Gem Wind (100 MW, 80% with SBE), ODOW (1500 MW, 50% with Corio) and West of Orkney (WOW 2 GW with Corio and RIDG)
