Expected qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in communication, journalism, multimedia production, video production, or a related field
Technical skills :
  • Previous experience as a journalist is an added value 
  • Good ability to engage with people, particularly with people from different backgrounds
  • Knowledge of end-to-end video process, from conceptualization to storyboarding, filming and final editing
  • Ability to provide analysis and assessments of video project requests to inform go or no-go decisions to client departments
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in multimedia production, with a focus on video, audio, and graphic design
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a succinct and impactful manner via audiovisual tools
Computing skills :
  • Experience in multimedia production, with a focus on video, audio, and graphic design
  • Operational system Savvy is a plus
  • Knowledge of multimedia software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and other industry-standard applications

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Mozambique in Maputo !

TEPMA1 is the Operator of the Mozambique LNG project, a flagship $20B USD project to produce 13.1 MT/y of LNG in an initial phase in the Northern province of Mozambique, Cabo Delgado. 
The project has developed a communications strategy that is critical to preempt messages and tell the story of an exemplary and virtuous development. The core themes of communication for assisting the Project in building its image and reputation include: 
  • Mozambican gas will contribute to the global Energy Security, best in class project to reduce CO2 emissions and help southern economies to decarbonate, 
  • economically transformative for Mozambique (tax revenues, local content for individuals and domestic gas commitment), 
  • an exemplary project in terms of Security, 
  • Human Rights respect (resettlement), benefiting the local communities in the site area through unique socio-economic development (Tunaweza, and further the Foundation). 

The project is located in different places (Maputo, Afungi, Paris, Houston, Milan and Singapore).

As Audiovisual Content Coordinator, you will: 
  • work closely with internal departments and align to other areas within the communication department, such as the Planning & Accounts department, the Editorial Production department, and the Media Relations department to ensure that all communications are coordinated, and the project's message is consistent across all channels.
  • Attend team meetings and coordinate audiovisual content production and strategy execution with the team.
  • Assist the team with all process related to development of audiovisual content from first contact with respective vendors, filming till final audiovisual product.
  • Ensure that suggested scripts by video services providers respond to the needs of the requestor departments at TEPMA1
  • Edit short videos and audio when required to be adapted to specific requirements aiming the project visibility
  • Assist with all video requirements during all oil and gas conferences, external events with key external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the audiovisual asset management. Cataloging, keywording, and backing up files.
  • Ensure that new produced videos are immediately uploaded to all existing shared folders dedicated to the Project Taskforce, Project Partners and so on, following final approval by VP.
  • Develop and update the Videos Dissemination Masterplan from time to time and secure due visibility on pre-selected key external channels

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.

The affiliate will provide a FLATSHARE accommodation.
