Atividades

Affiliate’s Technical Authority for Geophysics discipline, and its integration with other Geosciences disciplines:
- Validation of seismic acquisition and processing programs, seismic interpretation results, seismic inversion and associated
geological modelling methodology and workflows, operational decisions (related to seismic acquisition, well planning, well
static data acquisition, 4D acquisition, etc.), for all Geophysics-related technical tasks performed within the OBO and Lapa
assets.
- Provision of expertise/coaching on Geophysics-related matters, as per assets needs/requirements, with a strong focus on
cross-discipline integration.
- Contribution to GSR and subsurface development technical knowledge/experience sharing between assets within TEP-
Brazil and from HQ/service companies/etc., with a focus on Geophysics discipline, and cross-discipline integration.
- Responsible for proposing and accompanying the implementation of company-wide GSR processes and “good practices”,
applicable to all assets, with adaptations to their own specificities, especially for the domains of seismic acquisition and
processing, seismic interpretation, inversion, geological modelling, and Geophysics-related data management.
- Responsible for the cross-dissemination of GSR ‘Referentiel’for the Geophysics discipline, and authority for its compliance,
adaptation, derogation processes, etc. to meet TEP-Brazil objectives.
- For OBO assets, contribute to the definition of TEP Brazil’s strategy for influencing positively the operator’s HSE, production
and ultimate recovery performance.
- For Operated assets, contribute to the TEP-Brazil's aligned communication with partners on all matters of subsurface
development, production and reserves delivery, with a focus on 2G matters.
Staff Talent Development leadership for the G&G disciplines:
- Participation to GSR staff recruitment process, with focus on G&G staff: staff requirement justification, candidate
identification, pre-selection, interviews, final selection…
- Recommendation for GSR staff professional development/training, and for professional mobility within / outside TEP-
Brazil for all G&G staff.
Interactions outside OBO & LAPA Asset Directions on GSR matters:
- Contribute to the integrated GSR affiliate budget (compilation, follow-up, revisions, asset allocations…). Consulted on all
assets’budget lines pertaining to Geophysics-related services & studies.
- Contribute to the identification of GSR topics for inclusion into the Geoscience R&D programs of the affiliate. Consulted
for relevant Geophysics-related R&D initiatives run by the affiliate, and responsible for any necessary steering and follow-
up, or consulted by entities performing the same.
- Consulted for all GSR-related important decisions involving the support of OT/CL (incl. GSI) and other HQ technical entities
for the Geophysics discipline: definition of work program, budgeting, progress assessment, results validation and
incorporation.
- Consulted on technical choices related to IT infrastructure and software contributing to GSR activities, with a focus on fit-
for-purpose efficiency, standardization, and cost efficiency

Context & Environment

- Work inside a multicultural geosciences & reservoir team.
- Context of cross-functionality, proactivity, and solidarity within all OBO and operated GSR teams.
- Expectations for technical and behavioural excellence.
- Representation of the Geophysics discipline for the subsidiary during partners presentations and workshops, and meetings
with TotalEnergies’HQ teams.
