Perfil do Candidato

  • MSc degree in Electrical Engineering. PhD degree is a plus. 

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Electrical Engineering and Project Management. 

  • Previous experience in R&D and with ANP R&D regulations is a plus. 

  • Managerial skills to coordinate projects with Accredited Institutions and Brazilian Companies. 

  • Excellent technical analysis, interpersonal, oral, and written communication, organization, and presentation skills. 

  • Portuguese and English language skills are mandatory/to be acquired. French is a plus. 


Atividades

  • HSE & Quality: Ensure TotalEnergies EP Brazil compliance to the legislative and internal requirements relating to HSE and that all R&D activities conducted in Brazil are carried out with fully acceptable level of HSE. The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company’s assets and reputation. 

  • Effective and strong interaction with OneTech RD Power headquarters in France. 

  • Technical, budget and planning’s follow up of the signed projects.  

  • Participate when required as technical duet in contracts negotiations of the scouted topics and ensure contracts are signed on due time. 

  • Ensure ANP documentation is established with good quality (and as per ANP regulations) and submitted to ANP on time. 

  • Issue timely R&D reports. 

  • Support on the coordination of renewable energies projects with Accredited Institutions and Brazilian Companies.  

  • Review the R&D project proposals (ANP forms PTR-A and PTR-B).  

  • Engage technically with the contractors. 

  • Support to validate, when necessary, the hardware (equipment) for infrastructure projects. 

  • Manage the deliverables and provide assurances to the project based on ANP legislations.  

  • Understand the complexity of the Brazilian grid system, to identify the possibility of integrating the resources of our contemplated projects with the local generation and distribution power systems.  

  • Support on the optimization of project values considering techno-economic parameters.  


Context & Environment

  • ANP requires Oil Company’s based in Brazil their full compliance with the 1% levy obligation through local and eligible R&D investments 

  • TEEPBR obligation will be higher within the coming years, what will require more R&D investments in Brazil in order to guarantee the Brazilian affiliate compliance with the 1% ANP Regulation, and avoiding as such important fines and the possible loss of TEEPBR’s license to operate
