Profil du candidat

• Master in electromechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with preparing and executing Turn Around/Shut Down.
• Very good organizational and communication competencies.
• Team spirit and analytical mindset.
• Technical feeling and critical attitude.
• Familiar with IT tools (MS office is a must; Roser, Primavera, SAP).
• Languages: a very good knowledge of English. The knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus or willingness to learn these languages during the first years of employment.

Activités

As Turn Around Methods Engineer, you will:

• Be responsible for the preparation of the scheduling concept/plan of the entire duration of the project as well as the different facilities, according to the needs of the stakeholders as well as the adaptation to the objectives/strategy of the project (Preparatory, overarching process and scheduling).
• Inventorise, analyze, harmonize, defend, and maintain the data structures, including the Work Breakdown Structure and folder tree in the various Project Management tools in use by the TA department for planning and scheduling. Examples include ROSER, Primavera, SAP, ERMEO, SharePoint, budgeting and procurement follow up tools etc.
• Represent TA department in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure, interfacing with Procurement, Engineering, and Finance Departments.
• Represent TA department in efforts to improve project management by proposing process or tool improvements, developing parts of processes using LEAN methodology, supporting process implementation; prior focus on QAQC, material management, digitalization.
• Ensure accuracy, uniformity and completeness of master data including resource information, project, activity and resource codes, enterprise project structure, security profiles, etc. Ensure consistency across block teams and between departments and disciplines.
• Develop training program; organize and/or provide formal training accordingly where necessary and at least for each new employee (TotalEnergies, detacher, contractors). Explain how to use tools and processes to accomplish core Project Management activities.
• Provide expertise and act as a key-user to the team on “how to” apply the tools, processes, and practices to the given project.

Within the Antwerp Platform, we are looking for a Turn Around Methods Engineer (m/f/x).

The position holder will be primarily responsible for the planning and preparation of the scheduling as well as the technical reporting of the upcoming TA project as part of the project team. He/she has to ensure a demand-oriented, cost effective and timely planning (in terms of time and content) of the required internal and external scheduling resources and tools for the project and their implementation in the pre-execution, implementation and post-execution phases.
