Profil du candidat

·         Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a large organization.

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

·         Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.

·         Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

·         Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to different audiences.

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and risks.

·         Ability to manage budgets and financial targets.

·         Experience in change management and managing resistance to change is preferred.

·      Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Activités

•              Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

•              Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

•              Coordinate and lead project team members, including HR professionals and external vendors.

•              Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks.

•              Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

•              Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

•              Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and reports.

•              Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial targets are met.

•              Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.


Contexte et environnement

The Project Manager leads and manages the delivery of key HR and different departments based on projects within our organization. This includes the planning, executing, and monitoring of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
