  • A background in business studies (preferred) or engineering.
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in sales or business development roles.
  • A demonstrated track record in the distributed generation sector in Morocco.
  • Unyielding commitment to precision, coupled with a steadfast approach to HSE and technical excellence.
  • Established proficiency in autonomously managing high-stake contracts.
  • Navigational prowess and proactive sensibilities in navigating intricate scenarios and attaining sales milestones.
  • Profound proficiency in written and verbal English communication, coupled with robust technical acumen and a resolute success-driven disposition.

Activités

HSE OBJECTIVES

  • Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy (including MAESTRO) with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all times.
  • Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
  • Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
  • Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.

Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.

The main activities are:

  • Identifying promising Commercial & Industrial prospects poised to engage in Solar Lease Agreements in Morocco.
  • Gaining an intimate grasp of pivotal customer needs and technical requisites, thereby nurturing a comprehensive financial and technical outlook.
  • Leading contractual negotiations aligned with the Company's standards and overarching objectives.
  • Compiling comprehensive dossiers, slated for submission to the Company's investment committees to facilitate financial endorsements.
  • From the inception of PELA to the Commercial Operation Date (COD), ensuring seamless collaboration with the technical teams accountable for project construction and permitting.
  • Maintaining vigilance over regulatory and market shifts that could potentially influence the landscape of solar electricity generation and distribution.
  • Conceiving and implementing an adept channel management blueprint, ensuring that the Company garners recommendations and introductions within strategic prospects.
  • Active participation in exhibitions and seminars, carving avenues to prospect novel clientele and amplify the Company's presence in the DG realm.
  • Ensure HSE objectives for DGMEA, are achieved. Demonstrate leadership on all HSE aspects.
  • Support and encourage the establishment of an HSE culture within the team through a proactive attitude (training, HSE Site visit, HSE meetings and incentive actions, etc.), stop dangerous situations, report anomalies and dangerous acts.
  • Contribute to Sustainb’ALL program in line, with the company ambitus
  • Support and contribute to ONE MAESTRO program implementation whiten
