As Purchasing coordinator, your main tasks will be to :
  • Manage the portfolio of contracts by ensuring in particular the respect of the deadlines and the follow-up of the activity ;
  • Analyze the purchase order process within the CE HUB, identify ways of improvments, propose action plan and implement the agreed solutions ;
  • Create the purchase database (Supplier, Activity) ;
  • Implement a "supplier creation" process ;
  • Prepare supplier performance reviews and prepare/participate in their evaluation ;
  • Evaluate supplier tenders all in line with group and internal directives.

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
